Sari Project

Sari is a traditional piece of clothing worn by Bengali women. Thousands of poor women only have one piece of clothing which they wash and dry overnight to wear it the next day. 

 

Over the last 35 years, Hadhrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Sikder distributed thousands saris to thousands of women. With your donations, we want to continue his legacy by distributing Saris as Eid gifts. Each sari pack contains two saris. This costs £10 for the pair.
